FOUNDER'S NOTE

Anchal, a graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary academy, has always had a deep passion for the art of dessert making. Her expertise in baking and her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own patisserie in Delhi in 2017, now known as Xtraordinary (formerly La Rosette Patisserie). With its wide range of custom-made bakery items, this delightful establishment quickly gained recognition as one of Delhi's top-tier patisseries.
